After hotel had charged my son for an extra room before I arrived the stay was ok, rooms both ok but need a little update. Breakfast was fine with no issues. Car park is 12.00 per night. Used it as near to Birmingham airport. There were some people using the NEC quiet roads in their cars to race and chase each other up to 1 am, otherwise all is fine

Stayed here for a second time after a terrible first experience. Very disappointed to say it's got worse, not better!! If you're visiting the NEC then DO NOT stay here! Spend a bit more for a proper hotel! £150 on average per night for a hotel that's no better, if not actually worse than a YHA. Rooms are basic, bathrooms are basic, cleaning standards are terrible, noisy and you fear for your life every time you use the dodgy lifts. Food choices are awful, especially if you have allergies and the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Breakfast is basic and boring. For £150 a night you should be getting an amazing breakfast, not this! The parking situation is an absolute disgrace. £150 per night then an extra £12 for parking each day (I was here 5 nights for an exhibition at the NEC). It's theft. The £12 clearly doesn't go to car park maintenance because it's a mess. For £162 a night you're better off staying in NEC Hilton for a tiny bit extra!! This is barely a hotel and IHG should be ashamed of this hotel. Room wasn't particularly clean for the price you pay and then the cleaning staff lost an item of mine. I spoke to the online team who said the onsite team would make contact to discuss my issues but I heard nothing from them. A good indication of how much they value their guests. Hotel is extremely tired and they'll blame COVID but we all know thats just an excuse nowadays. Just don't stay here. It's a truly awful hotel. On both occasions it's been nothing but miserable. Stay elsewhere. This hotel is trying to charge 4* prices but providing barely a 2* service.

It is not a straightforward walk - I had to walk through muddy areas along a major road. With out knowing where I was going as it is not signposted I had to stop at Premier inn to ask for further directions. This took a good 5mins. Please do not advertise as a 15mins walk, it is a 20mins+ walk. Good thing I had appropriate footwear (not heels) and it did not rain on the day (just a very misty drizzle)

Amazing friendly service from the staff, especially manager Naz, who went above and beyond to help me out to find a creative solution to a problem I had (not a hotel problem, I should add!) Can't thank the team enough!!! The hotel was clean and very comfortable

Stayed here for business. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were nice and eveything was clear. Menu was fairly limited and not many gluten free options or alternatives but food was ok. The bed on the other hand was the hardest bed I have ever slept in.
